J’ai toujours aimé faire, créer et donner mes créations à des gens qui commencent avec des cartes faites à la main il y a environ 10 ans. J’ai d’abord fait l’expérience de la fabrication de mon propre papier et de l’ajout de fleurs, puis je me suis intéressée à l’estampage et maintenant je couds du tissu sur mes cartes et j’utilise également ma machine Cricut.

Une fois que mon premier enfant est né, je ne pouvais pas m’empêcher de capturer chaque moment de la journée avec mon appareil photo. J’aime vraiment la photographie et avoir de précieux moments mémorables accrochés à mon mur.

Ma famille est devenue apicultrice il y a 5 ans et vendre notre miel était agréable et surtout voir à quel point les gens étaient excités à l’idée d’acheter du miel frais local était amusant pour moi. J’ai rapidement appris à faire du savon transformé à froid en utilisant notre miel et je me suis amusé à le vendre à notre marché fermier et à rencontrer des gens dans ma ville.

Au cours des quatre dernières années, j’ai appris à ma fille et à moi-même à coudre et maintenant je suis les traces de ma grand-mère dans la fabrication de vêtements pour mes filles. Ces quatre dernières années, j’ai vraiment commencé à m’intéresser à l’expérimentation du tissu et à la fabrication d’artisanat. J’aime décorer ma maison avec un décor simple et avoir mon look accueillant et confortable pour les invités. Quand j’ai découvert les bannières en tissu, j’ai immédiatement appris à les fabriquer dans des tissus désirables et beaux, puis je me suis dit que je pouvais faire de jolies roues décoratives avec le même tissu assorti. Vendre mes créations sur etsy a été une expérience agréable pour moi!

J’ai beaucoup de plaisir à faire des choses pour que les gens puissent en profiter. Cela me fait sourire !

I have always enjoyed making and creating and giving my creations to people starting with handmade cards around 10 years ago. I first experienced with making my own paper and adding flowers to it, then I became interested in stamping and now I sew fabric on my cards and I also use my Cricut machine.

Once my first child was born I could not stop capturing every moment of the day with my camera. I really love photography and having precious memorable moments hung up on my wall.

My family became beekeepers 5 years ago and selling our honey was enjoyable and especially seeing how excited people were to buy fresh local honey was fun for me. I quickly learned how to make cold-processed soap using our honey and had a blast selling it at our farmers market and meeting people in my town.

During the last four years I taught my daughter and myself how to sew and now I'm following in my grandma's footsteps in making my girls clothes. These last four years is when I really became interested in experimenting with fabric and making crafts. I love decorating my house with simple decor and having my home look inviting and comfy for guests. When I discovered fabric banners I instantly taught myself how to make them in desirable and beautiful fabrics and then I figured I could make cute decorative pinwheels with that same matching fabric. Selling my creations on etsy has been an enjoyable experience for me!

I have a lot of fun making things for people to enjoy. That puts a smile on my face!
