Mom & Daughter Duo
Growing up, my mom always had sewing projects that she would work on. I can remember the pajamas she made for me and my brothers as well as an entire party of bridesmaid dresses. She even did costumes for various theatrical productions for school and church. I always helped her with ironing seams and cutting patterns, even I didn't want to.
About 10 years ago I decided that I was going to start to do the sewing. Haha. I had a great idea to sew my daughter's entire baby bedding from the bumper, quilt, crib skirt, and fitted sheets!! It was the first time in a long time that we had sewn together. After successfully completing that project, I wanted to keep going. We made flannel baby blankets and burp cloths for friends and family who were having babies. Someone told us that we needed to open a store and start selling them and that's exactly what we did.
In October 2016, we opened our Etsy shop. Each year, we've added new things to our shop.
