HOW DO I ACCESS AND EDIT MY TEMPLATE?
Immediately after checkout you will receive an email from Templett with a link to access your order. When you follow the link you will be taken to the Templett website where you can edit and customize your template to fit your event. Once you're happy with your design, simply download and save your finished project.
CAN I TRY OUT TEMPLETT BEFORE I PURCHASE?
Absolutely! Every filter and printable that is editable with Templett also has a demo version in the listing. Just copy and paste the link into your browser and play around with the designs. Just be aware that you cannot save or download any of the changes you make in demo mode.
CAN I USE MY PHONE OR TABLET TO EDIT MY TEMPLETT DESIGN?
Sorry, but the Templett app only works on a computer, not mobile. You will need to have access to a computer (Mac and PC are both fine) to be able to edit your personal templates. If you don't have a computer, that's totally fine! I can make all the changes you need for a small up-charge.
HOW DO I SUBMIT MY GEOFILTER TO SNAPCHAT?
You will need to submit your filter to Snapchat AT LEAST 24 HRS BEFORE YOUR EVENT. I suggest you do so at least 48 hours before, just to be safe. You can go to Snapchat's website to schedule the date, time, and location of your event. Snapchat will charge you an approximate fee of $5-$20 depending on the event location and time-frame. You can also visit their site to get a quote of their total fees before buying a filter from me if you choose. Snapchat has its own submission rules and guidelines, and I suggest you read everything carefully if you're not familiar with them. FYI, they do not allow hashtags, addresses, brand logos, phone numbers, or full names on filters. I am not responsible for any filters that are denied submission.

WHY WAS MY FILTER DENIED BY SNAPCHAT?
It's possible you tried to submit your Geofilter as a Community filter by mistake. Please follow the url link I've provided you to the correct filter upload page in Snapchat. You will know if you're submitting your filter properly if you see a map and are required to draw a Geofence around the location of your event.
HOW DO I DOWNLOAD & INSTALL MY COLOR PALETTE TO PROCREATE?
1. Have the latest version of Procreate installed on your iPad.
2. Open a browser window on your iPad and go to Etsy.com to log in, NOT the Etsy app. You cannot download these files through the app itself.
3. You will then be able to download your .swatches file. When you open Procreate again it will automatically import into your color palettes and can be used immediately.
HOW DO I UPLOAD THE ART FILE TO MY FRAME TV?
1. After purchasing, download the image to your phone (if you get stuck at this step, try downloading it in a browser window instead of using the Etsy app).
2. Download the free SmartThing App. If you already have it, open the app.
3. Make sure your Frame TV is connected to the app.
4. Select 'Art Mode'.
5. Add the file you just downloaded.
6. Select 'No Mat' (if you want it to display full screen).
7. Select 'Set'.
CAN I USE YOUR FONT FOR MY COMMERCIAL PROJECT?
"Commercial Use" for my fonts are allowed with:
