I cannot change the address on the etsy platform and changing it manually when printing your label gets too confusing with the volume of orders we have.
I will CANCEL your order and have you reorder in case of wrong address.
This also applies with changing the size or deciding to order a painted letter sign for instance. No add ons or upcharges.

Our aim is to make your custom sign perfect, so communication is key to expediting your order. PLEASE look for notifications that say
PROOF PROOF PROOF
Also please leave your cell# so I can text you so you won't miss an etsy notification.

CUSTOM SIGNS- please add a cell phone number in the note to seller at check in the event that I have to text a question about your order and/or to send a proof.

If I don't hear from you within a week or so regarding your proof or question, your sign will be made as ordered or made as I see fit.


Please put all information, including details discussed in messages in the note to seller at checkout. I am not always able to read our conversation before I produce your order, this ensures good communication and helps workflow.

Notes about wood

SIZES ARE APPROXIMATE!
We use select Eastern White Pine which is the best we can buy.

We make every effort to use the clearest wood we can, even so there may knots, smaller than a dime and/or visible wood grain or grooves.
Pine is a soft wood, occasionally there may be a slight indent or bruise on the wood.

Stained wood will have dark and light areas due to wood grain. spots, stripes etc. How the wood ultimately absorbs the stain is beyond our control.

Lumber sizes are approximate within about an 1/8th of an inch.
Please keep in mind lumber yard sizing -
4" is 3.5"
6" is 5.5"
8" is 7.25"
12" is 11.25"

We do not accept returns. we make EVERY sign to order.
