Do you accept returns?

If you are unhappy with an item, you may return it for full refund (minus shipping) if returned UNALTERED and in same packaging. Custom orders are NOT refundable.

Contact me within 7 days of receiving the item to discuss a refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Once I have received the item back and deem it to be undamaged, I will issue a refund minus my original shipping cost and a $5 restocking fee.

**A $5 restocking fee will be applied to all returns.**

Who is responsible for my item once it is shipped?

Once a package leaves my possession and is in the hands of the USPS, I am no longer responsible for it. Please check tracking and send inquiries to the necessary postal carriers. If a shipment is marked as "Delivered" but you did not receive it, wait a few days because it may still be delivered. If it is not, file a claim with the USPS as well as a Police Report since the package may have been stolen. Please understand that I can not be held responsible for packages that are marked as delivered and not received.
