For digital downloads, the templates are available to download and print once your order has been processed.
You can find the download button in your purchase section in your Etsy account.
Etsy also sends out an automatic email with a download link once payment has been processed , sometimes they end up in the spam folder.

1. The Etsy app does not support downloads, please sign in to Etsy.com on any browser and go to Your account.
2. Go to the Purchase section.
3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

All sizes are included. If you want a custom size, there is 1 free resize per design. Just message me.

The Pdf files are inside the zip!
Each design comes with multiple sizes, each size has a pdf for the pattern and a jpg with page count, dimensions and picture grid. Etsy has a 5 file upload limit for sellers, so file must be zipped together to fit.
On a pc, locate the Zip file you'd like to unzip/extract. Right-click the file, and then select "Extract All" from the pop-up menu, ..or follow instructions for your device, youtube has many easy follow along tutorials.

If that happens, please feel free to purchase the bundle and message me about what happened and I will cancel the purchase for the single file.

Refunds for digital files are not available, but help always is.
Hopefully my feedback reflects my respect and value for my customers and my shop. I am human and make my fair share of mistakes, but I always try to right my wrongs, If you have any issues with the files I will always be happy to fix/resend.
