if you need an item sooner, please do pop me a message and I will do my best to meet your expetations.
Custom orders can take longer depending of the design/style requested, but will be discussed and agreed upon messages.

All UK purchases will be sent as standard delivery unless requested otherwise what in most cases It will affect the final price of shipping so please message me before paying for your item.

All overseas purchases will be sent as Tracked unless requested otherwise.

Please note Royal Mail shipping times are in accordance with what is stated on www.royalmail.co.uk and are not guaranteed. These are for guidance only.

Shipping addresses are copied from your Etsy order. The buyer is responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are correct. Refunds will not be given if the item is returned to sender due to incorrect details given.

Gift wrapping is available upon request for an additional charge. Please send me a message for further details.

Due to the nature of some of the products, they may become slightly flatten during shipping and may need a bit of adjusting upon arrival.
