General Shipping Disclaimer
USPS has reported unprecedented package increases with the influx of mail and online holiday purchases that have been encouraged by COVID-19 and the global pandemic. It has been reported that a holiday shipping gridlock is delaying 6 million packages a day as an influx of mail and purchases are overwhelming the U.S. If you have received a shipping notification from Shapes Design Company, we can guarantee that your product is in fact “in transit,” and, at this time, cannot report packages as “lost” and cannot cancel or refund orders that have already been processed at this time.
How Soon Will I Have My Package?
Buttons, stickers and cards are shipped in 4-6 business days. Currently, games and shirts will be shipped in 3-4 weeks, as they ship directly from manufacturer.
I Haven't Received My Order.
If you haven't received your order, please refer to the above shipping times first. If the shipping times have past, and you have received a shipping notification from us, please check your tracking information on the USPS website. If the shipping time has passed, and you have NOT received a notification from us, please email us.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Because our buttons are made to order, cancellations can be made within 24 hours for a full refund. Refunds will be sent to the original payment form. Requests made after 24 hours cannot be honored.
Can I Resell Your Products?
If you are interested in becoming a wholesaler, please send us a message our email. Only contracted resesales are permitted.
Returns and Refund
Due to the labor affiliated in making each order, returns and refunds are limited. If items arrive damaged, get lost in the mail, or if there is an error with the order on our part, we will grant returns/refunds. There are no other exceptions.
