1 out of 5 starsThe design of the bracelet was nice and simplistic, however was not as depicted in the listing accurately. Without getting into all the details and upon my reaching out to the shop owner, she became very rude and unwilling to work out a resolution with me. Would strong recommend everyone think long and hard before make my their purchase and not being happy with their purchase or supporting someone like this.

The buyer purchased this bracelet with a "smooth" finish not a hammered finish. She then accused me of not creating this piece specifically for her and that I had these in stock and sold a hammered version to someone else as the listing isn't showing anymore. (I manually relist my items and another had sold since her purchase). This product has a 2-3 week turnaround as I have to order the gold to create the bangle. I do not keep sold gold in stock as it is too pricey to keep on hand. Every order is custom because of this and also because of the choice between either a smooth or hammered finish. Each piece is hand formed and is not a "stock" item. She received exactly what she had ordered. I explained very professionally about my policies and she in part told me I was unethical and "...may karma also find you."
