I have reached out to her AND Etsy for resolution to this matter and after almost two months, I have STILL not heard a word from anyone. It should be noted that I have previously purchased from this seller with no problem. I do not recommend purchasing from her based upon my previous/current experience!

The mug was smaller than expected since it cost $30 (I pictured it larger). My mug is a different style than the mug that’s in the site photos, but this mug is indeed 15 ounces and I love the word fearless.
