If you reside in territories with very specific data use laws, such as the European Union, you have personal information rights in relation to how I use, store and share your person information.

You have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below. A copy of this is provided by way of the invoice emailed to you upon completing your purchase however a physical copy may be requested and included with your order, with the exception of orders marked as gifts.

You also have right to change, restrict or even delete my use of your personal information, except in relation to legal circumstances, I generally delete your personal information upon request.

You're allowed to object to me using your personal information based on my legitimate interests, such as: receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. If you no longer wish to receive emails from me or you withdraw your affirmative consent I will delete your personal information, unless in the case I have legally legitimate grounds to continue using that information (i.e paying tax, but not sending you promotional emails).

If you reside in the EU and have a concern about how I/SheEarth has used your information you have the right to take it up with your local data protection authority.

As a customer if you need to access, correct or delete personal information held by Etsy, you may contact Etsy directly for help or assistance in the matter.

Here is how SheEarth collects, shares, stores and uses your personal information when you provide such details to make a purchase with SheEarth via our Etsy Shop and its related sites/services. This policy does not apply to the third parties we do not own nor control such as Etsy, PayPal or other third parties accessed through the Etsy website (you can read their privacy policies on their respective websites).

When making a purchase with my shop I collect your name, mailing address, email address, payment method, items you are purchasing, and any personal customization of the items you have ordered. You the purchaser provide these details via the Etsy platform and I access them for the purposes of processing and completing your order.

I use the information collected to fulfil your order, settle disputes, provide customer support. I also use and share your information for legal reasons to comply with tax laws, and other legal obligations.
I also use your details to be in compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I use your information as necessary to comply with our obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

When shipping your order I take a photo of your package displaying your name, address, the date (where applicable), and any relevant tracking details or customs document details. I store these details on the protected hard drive of our private computer for 2 years. If for whatever reason I ever had to relocate anywhere my hard drive would come with me.

I respect your privacy and as such only share your information where necessary. I share your personal information in very limited circumstances such as:

- I share your information with Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you our products & services, and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
- I share your information with other service providers such as Australia Post and other delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
- If I one day decide to sell or merge our business I may disclose your information as part of that transaction (however only to the extent necessary and permitted by law).
- I share your information to be in compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have to: respond to legal process or to government requests, enforce agreements/terms and/or policies, to prevent or investigate fraud or other illegal activities.
