If for some reason your order has been delayed in the post, (due to postal strikes, Christmas delay, postal backlog) You will only receive a refund on the return of the bought items. A item is only declared 'lost in post' after 30 working days.

USA Buyers :
With shipping times, taking longer than expected on some occasions. I now ship US orders tracked as standard. Please note that there is a option to choose standard air mail if preferred (non tracked).

Over Seas Buyers :
I use Standard Royal Mail Air shipping. Your order could take anything from 7 to 21 working days to arrive. Please take into consideration also the corona virus pandemic. There maybe delays in shipping that are completely out of my hands. Please allow 30 days + for your order to arrive.
NOTE: There is a option to upgrade your shipping to tracked if you wish to do so.

UK Buyers : I post 1st Class Royal Mail. This normally means that you will receive your order within 1-3 working days. However, with postal strikes or global pandemics etc... you will need to allow more time. There are sometimes delays in the post that are completely out of my hands.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and would like a refund, I am happy to offer a full refund on receipt on the unwanted item. Please return item in the original box to the return address provided on the label.
