Items can be delivered up to 48 hours after the tracking says "Delivered". If you have not received your item after 48 hours, please contact me with a help request.

*If the postal carrier returns an item marked "Not Deliverable as Addressed", any refunds will be MINUS SHIPPING CHARGES (even though it states free shipping, I pay for the shipping labels). I will message you through Etsy before I issue the refund.
