Any pattern or tutorial purchase on here is for your personal use only. You may not share copies of it with your friends: if your friends like the tutorial, then please be kind enough to direct them to my shop where they can purchase their own copy.

You may not sell these tutorials to anyone.

The delivery time for goods by the post of my country is 21 days. But parcels usually arrive in 14 days.
Please try to order goods in advance. On sales days and before holidays, postal services are overloaded. Delivery delays are possible. Please take this into account.

All toys are made in one copy. It takes a long time to make a replacement. But I will do my best to make you happy with your purchase.
If you need to receive the toy immediately, write to me. I can send it by express delivery.
Before sending, I will inform you of the price of fast delivery.

1.Contact me within 3 days of delivery if you want to return the item.
2.Send it back within 14 days to my address.
3.Return shipping is paid by the buyer. If original shipping was free, refund will be reduced by actual shipping cost.
4.Refund is issued after I receive and inspect the item for cleanliness and condition.
5.No refund if the item is returned damaged.
6.For returns from the USA: refund minus shipping, customs duties and taxes.

All Bead's Toys have a branded tag with the store's logo.
Toys are packed in pink fabric bags. The bag is pulled with ribbon. On the ribbon, there will be a tag with the logo of the store and beads.
All toys will come to you in a box wrapped in beautiful wrapping paper with the store's branded stickers.
Look at the photos in the listings for photos of the packaging.

Beaded toys should not be kept in direct sunlight. Some shades of light tones of beads may lose their color. Do not wash bead toys with water. There are such types of beads where the hole is painted over with a special paint. She can run away. Wipe toys from dust with a dry brush.
Please do not give toys to small children or animals! The toy can be broken and small parts can be swallowed!

All taxes and customs duties that arise when purchasing my product are the responsibility of the buyer.
I have attached an invoice for the purchase made to each parcel.

Dear buyer! According to the new rules from 01.07.21. in the EU countries, upon receipt of a parcel of more than 150 euros, a customs duty may be charged on the value. I want to warn you about this. I don't know how much duty you might have. Maybe it's 5-10%. You need to check this in your mail.
