The templates in this shop come out of that same work - restaurant accounting, gym membership metrics, sales CRM, contractor job costing - so a smaller business can buy in five minutes what a custom build takes a week to make.

2. I ask questions. Usually a lot of them - this is where the project is won or lost.
3. You get a clear scope, a fixed price and a delivery date before you pay.
4. First draft in a few days, then revisions until it fits the way you actually work.
5. You receive the working file, full ownership, and a written user guide.
