Each item was handmade at my home based studio, free of smoke and pets. I always take high quality images of my products under natural light. Customers are very important for me and I hope customers would be glad for the purchases. We are always welcoming wholesale request for limited quantity since we creat all accessories by hand.
⚜️ Ordering:
The minimum wholesale purchase amount is $2000. All products & pricing are subject to change & seasonal availability.
⚜️Payment:
We accept PayPal or VISA. All payments will be collected at the time of purchase.
⚜️Selling our Items:
JANICE TAN Couture Accessories products may not be sold or advertised on any website for less than the prices listed on our website.
Discounts for sale under retail are only allowed if the stock remains post-season. JANICE TAN Couture Accessories products cannot be re-sold to other wholesalers for retail purposes & cannot be sold online or in-store to wholesale or discount outlets.
⚜️Private Label:
All Items purchased from JANICE TAN Couture Accessories are under trademark protection & must display JANICE TAN Couture Accessories name. Under no circumstances may you sell JANICE TAN Couture Accessories products under any other name, or reproduce products under this trademark.
⚜️Cancellations:
We do our best to ship items within 30 business days because all products are made by hand & because of this turnaround time, the window for cancelling orders is 24 hours. If your cancellation request is seen prior to us processing your order, we are happy to cancel your order for a full refund, but once the order is in process, we can no longer cancel it.
⚜️Order Changes:
Due to processing time & inventory availability, we cannot honor change requests to orders after purchase. Please make sure to carefully review your order before submitting it.
⚜️Multiple Shipping Addresses:
We only ship to the shipping address provided & cannot ship to multiple addresses. If you would like your order shipped to various addresses, please place one order for each shipping address.
⚜️Returns/Exchanges:
ALL WHOLESALE ORDERS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
⚜️Returned Mail:
If a package is returned because the address provided to us was not correct, we are not responsible for re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address; shipping & handling charges will need to be re-paid before we can send the package again.
⚜️Lost/Damaged by Post Office:
We are not responsible for any errors made by the Post Office. However, if your package has not been received within 4 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email (6 weeks for international orders), please contact us & we will provide directions on how to file a claim with the USPS.
⚜️Damaged Items/Order Errors:
Though each product is inspected for quality assurance before shipping, it is possible to receive a damaged item. In addition, due to human error, order mistakes are possible. For these reasons, it is important to open & inspect your items as soon as you receive them.
Please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your package if there is anything wrong with your order. We cannot honor changes outside of the time frames, as stated within our policies.
⚜️Damaged Replacements:
Once we have been notified of any damaged items you have received, we will work with you to get them corrected. Please note: we cannot extend any discounts to you should you decide to sell damaged items at a discount.
⚜️Discounts:
At times, we will promote items for a percentage off or a reduced shipping rate to our retail customers. These offers do NOT apply to wholesale orders. Coupon Codes for these offers cannot be used by a wholesale customer.
Violation of any JANICE TAN Couture Accessories wholesale policy will result in account termination.

Message from me to my daughter for her wedding embroidered inside. Sheeta Design created clutches for my other daughter's when they were getting married and each was unique and beautiful! Sheets Design was very prompt in answering questions and turn around time was amazing!

A little dream can become reality with commitment and hard work.
When I was a little girl, I was so interested in helping my mum to do sewing. Started from sewing a pillow case and little tote bag with a small piece of fabric. We did not have sewing machine, my mum shared her technique of sewing with a needle. It was sweet moments with my mum.
On the initial stage, I sold handbags and clutches, I was learning how to manage a shop all by myself. I met different customers, it was amazing time for me. After 8 years business here, I felt I still could not forget my childhood dream, to be a designer of wedding accessories. So, I changed my path in 2014. Now, I design and create gorgeous and classic accessories about Veils, Headpieces, Garters and Jewelry for Brides, Bridesmaids, MOB, MOG, forward-spirit girls and ship international.
I always do my handmade at my sweet home. My family especially my Mother helped me lots, without their helps, I never can be successful.

Returns and exchange details
EXCHANGES and RETURNS
We accept Exchanges only
- Only items exchange in their original condition will be accepted. Once I have received the item and verified that the above conditions are met, I will promptly ship the new item for Exchanges, Customer will be charged for second shipping and Customer need to pay for the shipping for product exchanges.
- Custom Order/Bespoke is not acceptable for exchanges or returns. Because the items are Tailor Made and are considered a final sale.
- Only accept exchanges without using or damage of the products. Please provide that the item has not been used or damaged by photo, customers would be required to request exchange within 5 days of delivery. If any reason customer miss the time, please convo me, I will to see if something I still can do for you.
- Please understand that I could not make free shipping for second delivery owing to wrong address or changed address provided
INSURANCE AND CUSTOM FEES/TAXES
Insurance is not included but I am happy to add insurance to your item. Please convo me for insurance rates on your desired item. I am not responsible for lost, or damaged items due to shipping. Insurance is strongly encouraged
Some countries have Custom Fees or Taxes on items entering into the country. I am not responsible for those fees. Please be sure to check with your local Postal Carrier or Post Office to see if those fees apply in your country.
REFUNDS
- Refund includes the product price. Shipping is not included.
- Refund will be proceeded once receiving your returns and items in good condition.
- For general products, if customer cancel order before shipping, fully payment will be refund
- For general products, If customer cancel order after shipping, refund is not available
- For custom order, if customer cancel order in anytime, refund is not available

All items are made to order. Please see each listing for about when item
(s) will be shipped. Your order(s) will be shipped after payment has been cleared and items were completed. Production and shipping are from Monday to Friday only. Weekend and holiday are not included. Custom Order may take 1-2 weeks or more for production, it depends on the products. If you would need rush order, please contact me.
Your order will be shipped to your PayPal Address. If you wanna ship to different address, please leave message to me.
Your order will be shipped by Air Registered Mail through HongKongPost. A track number will be provided. 7-20 days for delivery.The actual arrival time depends on customs inspection and your local office service. Please understand and allow 10-20 days or more delay sometimes for any uncontrolled conditions, let say customs clearance, weather, natural disaster, war, etc.
Please contact me to rush order delivery. I will ship your order by SpeedPost through HongKongPost. It may take 3-10 days for delivery depends on country. Please contact us for details.
For International orders, I have no control over customs fees that may be charged upon arrival of your order.

USPS has closed the online parcel tracking service for air registered mail since Oct 1st, 2015. For SpeedPost (Priority Shipping), this tracking service is still available.
PACKAGING
Concerning some products might be fragile or out of shape, we will use boxes for packaging
