My story
As a glass bead maker, I endeavor to convey a feeling of natural beauty by combining color, texture, balance and design, expressing my love of nature, especially flowers, through glass as my medium.
The process of making glass beads is always a pleasurable challenge for me to create the vision I have for a particular design using the elements I have at hand and the techniques I have learned through classes, books and tutorials.
I find inspiration in textiles, art, especially the Art Deco and Art Nouveau periods, architecture, antiques and of course, nature. As a former florist for almost 20 years, flowers have a special place in my heart. To include them in my designs seems a natural.
I am conscientious about my work and pay close attention to detail. All of my jewelry is professionally finished, created with my handmade glass beads and complimenting quality elements to create a design you will love wearing.
