Not Kud Productions is deticated to bringing unique, one of a kind, hand made little cute trinkets straight to you.

All of these are made with love. They are not mass-produced for a profit. Shocking, I know.

On the other side, I'm a college student. I'm an engineering student. I'm busy. The college is private. It's expensive. Getting a "real job" is not only impractical, but it rubs me the wrong way. I love doing this. For me and for you.

I cannot ship items until payment is received, thank you.
Shipping
I ship items typically on a Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday once a week.

Some items require custom fabrication. Please see the item description. They ship typically within that period.

Shipping speeds vary by where you live. If you live on the US east coast, they can come in as little as two days. West coast, give it a week tops. If you live outside the US, it could take up to three weeks to receive your item.

If you need something shipped asap, just let me know, and I'll tell you want I can do. You'd be surprised at how understanding and friendly I can be.

** In the rare event that you don't receive an item, MESSAGE ME IMMEDIATELY. I will do everything in my power to eradicate the situation. Don't be shy.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you need a return, please message me first. I'm happy to help you out! :)

Here is (what I envision to be) a proper return process:
1. Will ask for reason for return.
2. Will accommodate requests for exchanges if there's evidence of damage from shipping, for example.
3. Will request the package to be mailed back, at no cost to you.
4. Upon proof of shipment or when I receive the package, I will issue a refund or exchange immediately.

In the event that your item is lost, I will need to locate it within the postal system before I issue a refund. I place a return address on all of my packages, and I also keep all tracking numbers for my packages so I can keep track of where it goes. Tracking is available upon request if you live in the US.
Additional policies and FAQs
For custom orders, best case scenario is to leave me a memo with your order when you purchase it, and I will follow up if necessary. If you have requests pre-purchase, please send me a message on etsy or via email (heathercrystalhall@gmail.com).

Don't worry if you merely tell me via a message and it doesn't feel "official"; I will not "forget" about your request. I'm not a robot, but I'm very good about organizing and understanding custom requests. ;)
