Creating custom shaped crayons for Birthday Fun!

At ShellBell's Crayons, I handcraft fun, custom crayons to make your little one’s birthdays, holidays, and special moments extra colorful and memorable!

ShellBell’s Crayons started when I was throwing a party for one of my sons. I had some coloring pages set out with regular crayons, but I kept thinking—there has to be a more fun (and cuter!) way to do this. That’s when I had the idea to turn crayons into playful shapes that matched the party theme.

I started melting crayons in my kitchen, then moved to a spare room, and now I’ve got a full little crayon-making operation running from our basement! What began as a creative solution for one party has grown into something I absolutely love—making personalized, high-quality crayons for birthdays, holidays, and special celebrations.

I’m inspired by my own kids and by other moms who want party favors and gifts that are fun, unique, and meaningful. I create everything by hand, from shaped crayons and matching coloring books to paintable clay characters, and personalize each package with the child’s name to make it extra special.
