Alteration inquiries are welcomed but can't be promised. Contact us with the item you're interested in and we'll go from there!
Care instructions
We recommend an all cotton, no-texture cloth to wipe off any set crystals and pearls. Do not immerse in any jewelry cleaning solution or wash with water. Store in a dry box or container. Keep pieces separate to avoid scratch marks.
As with costume jewelry, keep it from contact with water. Perfume, hair spray, lotions and perspiration may affect the color of any metal, whether 14K or plated finishes. Do not swim or bathe while wearing your jewelry. Put your jewelry on after your perfume and hair spray are dry.

International Shipping
Orders are made and shipped via USPS from our facility in Los Angeles, CA, Mon-Fri.
International transit times vary. We have no control over delays caused by the carrier or customs. We have no control over your country's customs laws. We insure packages for the value of the item and the shipping charge.
We ship USPS and can track your order until it is transferred to the shipping service in your country that delivers it to your address. We are not responsible for delivery of the package once it is no longer trackable via USPS. You are responsible for customs, taxes and duties. We cannot refund your purchase until the item is returned to us.
Customs Taxes/Duty Charges
There may be ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS TAXES or FEES due when you receive your package -- these are YOUR RESPONSIBILITY and vary in price between countries. Please contact your local post office for more details.

We receive orders from all over the world. If you are located in Eastern Europe we may redirect your purchase to our distributor local to you. Please convo us for that link.
FULL POLICY for Returns
Defective claims, and return requests must be made within 3 days of receipt of your order and shipped back within 7 days of delivery. Upon approval, we will email you a return authorization number with instructions. Packages received without an RA will be refused.
Items must be returned in unworn, new condition with original tags and packaging. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs for returns. If item was purchased with "free shipping," the original, actual outgoing shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
