We use high quality silks in all of our items, but cannot control the force of mother nature or time. Silk flowers can sustain damage if exposed to the elements for extended periods of time. Sun will fade colors, rain and wind can cause items to get dirty or can make dye in ribbon run. Please be sure to limit exposure to the elements as much as possible. Full direct sunlight during the hot summers can affect the bonding of glue. We do use gorilla hot glue on our items. If an item becomes loose, just re-glue in the same spot.

Our items are packaged with care. Your item will arrive in a new box that is sized appropriately for the item however, if we have the opportunity to recycle a box that is in good shippable condition we will, to reduce waste. Wreaths and floral arrangements are tied to one side of the box with pipe cleaners to ensure no movement takes place during transport. Bows are tied to the box using bright colored pipe cleaners to ensure safe delivery. Your tails will be rolled to keep bows neat. This is the most effective method of shipping.

If we made a mistake, we will take care of it. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know so we can do our best to replace or refund the damaged item. If the item was a one of a kind piece, we may offer a substitution or refund. We do ask for photographs of the damaged item as well as the box it arrived in for claims purposes. Please do not throw away the box or item before emailing us with pictures. You must contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item and return within 5 days. Once we have received the item, the refund will be processed.

For many of our items we use Etsy's website to determining shipping costs. We do not charge extra fees for shipping or make any additional money. Our wreath shipping costs are a flat rate. Shipping companies determine the costs for shipping on the dimensions of the box now and not the weight. For some states, the size box required for wreaths can exceed $60 in shipping cost. We absorb that fee. If you are purchasing multiple items, combined shipping cost can be calculated, just let us know in advance.
