Hi Deborah, I’ve never had this issue before with bows coming off as they are adhered to the bead with resin. I can only apologise. As for the skull panda being 2d and not 3d. I didn’t put in the description it was 3d. we have several option: I can refund you for the pen. As you asked for next day delivery I sent it as no extra charge, but I paid the extra myself. So I would have to deduct the extra I paid from your refund. You can send it back and I will fix it and send it back to you. You can pick another Skull Panda pen in 3d and I will give you 40% discount. please let me know which option you woul prefer x
