I'm very pleased that he was able to take a rough sketch I made of this design and make it a reality. He consistently consulted us with us on colors and finishes and was able to offer a variety of options. The finished product was also very well packed and labeled. I would definitely work with Alan and his Shine Glass Studio again.

He was also a huge help in figuring out two other gifts and then custom making them for me. A professional Etsy store that took great care of me and with lighting fast shipping. I can not wait to work with him again and will definitely tell all of my friends and family.
