My customers come first, and Ill always work extra hard to provide the best service i can. I've gotten here because the customers kept me in the game and supported me. Over the last year this store grew with every hard days work I put in. I realized that each customer and each sale were some of the most important building blocks to a solid foundation working online. Along with customer service that I take very seriously, quick response time to inquiries so my customers or potential customers do not wait, and the quality of my product. When it comes down to the quality of leather there can be only one option. Using the best leather will make the product last much longer. I chose to put a lot of my profits back into my shop to be able to offer a better product.
At this time I'm the only employee of Shockwavemb. I started it when my seasonal business was falling short and not being able to support itself. Its been a learning year full of new experiences and eye opening opportunities.. My true drive in this shop is the satisfaction of the Etsy customers and the first time buyers, followers and customers admiring the engraving I do. I find it humbling to be admired for anything I do or create. I just love to make personal and meaningful gifts for customers who appreciate my work.
