ORDER CANCELLATION: Please count your category labels and make sure they match the number of envelopes ordered. Example: If ordering 8 envelopes, remember to give 8 categories for those envelopes.

Example: Please avoid ordering 8 envelopes and giving 6 categories without instructions for what you would like on the other two (ex: blank, blank). Additionally, please avoid ordering 8 envelopes and providing more than 8 categories. Orders that don't adhere to these order guidelines will be cancelled.

I include items with each order called "freebies," to thank everyone who orders a physical product from me. Sometimes I'll include scratch offs, stickers, savings books, savings cards, binders, binder accessories or any other item that seems appropriate for the size of the order.
NOTE: I do not add free items by request.

Unfortunately, we avoid creating A7 challenge envelopes because the bills have to be folded to fit inside. Overstuffing the envelopes with folded bills will stress the edges of the laminate. Savings challenge envelopes are available in the A6 personal size.

My binders are all sold out at the moment. Orders do not include binders, they are sold separately.

SHIPPING TIMES:
Each item is made by hand. Orders are processed in order of the date received, regardless of the whether the order is big or small. Each custom order is designed, saved, flattened, printed on one side and then the other (each page is run through the printer on the slow setting twice), left to dry overnight, cut by hand, folded by hand, laminated, thermalled, re-cut, re-laminated, corners rounded, and banded before being packaged for shipment. We do our best to get orders out quickly but it is not a speedy process.
