    I am very disappointed with this purchase. The listing photo showed a Comfort Colors tag, which reasonably implied a higher-quality sweatshirt, but I received a Jerzees sweatshirt instead. The seller later stated Comfort Colors wasn’t available and she sourced a “comparable” sweatshirt, but Jerzees is not comparable in quality. The main issue is that I was never asked or notified before the substitution was made. If I had known the brand would be changed to a lower-quality option, I would have chosen a different color/option or canceled. The appliqué work is nice, but the base garment is a major part of the value, and it does not match the price point or expectations created by the listing photo and the seller’s later messages. I would recommend zero stars, but the system required 1 star to leave a review.

My shop does not guarantee a specific sweatshirt brand unless it is explicitly stated in the listing, as brands may vary based on availability. The appliqué and quilting work on this piece were completed with care and attention to detail, which is where the primary value of my designs lies. I’m glad we were able to resolve the matter promptly, and I remain committed to creating detailed, one-of-a-kind pieces for my customers.
