Yes, we love custom orders! While we do not charge extra for this, it does mean that it will add some additional days to your order’s total turnaround time. Typically, it means an extra 1-2 days, but it can be longer during busy times, such as the Christmas season. Changes to fonts and colors are very quick to do, and typically do not require added design time.

There is a "Notes" section when you checkout on Etsy. Please leave all of your wording and details in this box, along with any other special requests. If you need a photo added to an invitation, please send it to us either by attaching it to an Etsy message or by emailing it to us at info@candlesandfavors.com

We do not send design proofs unless they are specifically requested by the customer, either with a note at checkout or by messaging us after your order is placed.

Our orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Every order is shipped via USPS First Class Mail (FCM) (unless you upgrade to priority shipping) and you will receive tracking information from us once your order has shipped. FCM can take anywhere from 2-5 business days for your package to arrive.

We pay careful attention to ensuring that your item arrives safely and undamaged, and, as such, we invest in the highest quality packing materials. All of our sticker products are shipped in non-bendable envelopes, so there is no need to worry about them folding or creasing during transit. Our ornaments are shipped in a sturdy gift box with a foam insert, then placed inside a bubble mailer for extra protection, and our cake toppers are shipped inside a durable wood frame, and then in a non-bendable envelope.

While we take great care in packaging your order, unfortunately, items can still get damaged in transit from time to time. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 5 business days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item next to the packaging with the shipping label visible. You MUST have a photo of the packaging or we will not be able to assist, as USPS requires this from us, in order to file a claim.

Sometimes the mail carrier may mark a package as delivered before they have actually delivered it. Typically, when this happens, the package will be delivered in the next couple of days. If after a couple of days you still have not received your package, please contact your local post office and they will help you track it down. You are welcome to message us for assistance as well!
