Custom & Personalized items cannot be retuned. Exchanges/replacements can only be made if the error is on our part- HOWEVER, if you accidently put the wrong date or misspell something on your personalization request, please let me know. I can usually send you the insert & instructions how to fix it, or will give you a discount on a reorder. Please do NOT break the item and claim you received it damaged in order to get a replacement with different wording- your replacement will be sent with the SAME EXACT wording as the original. Thank you for understanding :)

Priority Shipping is available on most items- however, please note that it is ONLY a shipping upgrade through the post office- NOT a processing time. Each item is made to order and will follow normal processing times. The priority mail upgrade means your item will be sent priority mail (2-3 business days) through the post office instead of first class (3-5 business days).
However, If you need an ornament by a certain time PLEASE contact me before placing your order. If at all possible, I will do everything I can to get it out to you more quickly.

All of our glass ornaments are wrapped in tissue & packaged in gift boxes. Our framed prints are wrapped in bubble wrap for extra protection.

If ordering multiple items, make a note in the comment box which items need gift wrapped.

If sending as a gift, we are happy to include a gift message- just mark your item as a gift and leave a message in the Gift Message box at checkout.

I am more than happy to add a name and/or dates to your ornament and make it even more special. Almost all my items can be personalized- the few that cannot will have that posted in the listing :)

To personalize ornaments:
Just follow the personalization instructions on the listing and type the name/dates in the area provided.
Glass ornaments will have the name/date printed on the vellum under the wording that shows through the front.
Burlap prints will have the information listed as it appears in the photo samples.

When you are sending to a gift address, please be sure to include the message you would like me to use in the message area at checkout. Please include your name as you would like it signed. If no information is given, no customer information will be sent with the gift.

I ship everything first class mail through USPS unless the priority mail upgrade is chosen at checkout. I purchase all of my shipping through Etsy, so they will send you the tracking number once it has shipped. I use only brand new, commercial grade shipping materials- no used cereal boxes or inky newspapers. :) I want your items to arrive in perfect condition!

Usually, I'm able to respond to a convo within a couple of hours. :) However, if I am in the studio creating ornaments and filling orders, it may be late evening (Eastern time) before I get a chance to reply to your message as I am not near my laptop or phone. During the Christmas rush (Oct-Dec), I can spend up to 20 hours a day in the studio making ornaments, so please be patient if you don't get a response right away- I promise I'll reply asap :) Also, if you message me on a Saturday or Sunday, it will probably be Monday before I reply.
