This policy explains how Pocket Dreams Co gathers, uses, and shares your personal information on Etsy, what it does with it, where it is stored, and how it shares that information. It does not apply to third parties such as Etsy and PayPal that I use for my business.

Pocket Dreams Co gathers personal information such as name, email address, mailing address, product details, and payment information when you, the buyer, expresses an interest in my products listed on Etsy. By filling out the inquiry and/or purchase form, this gives Pocket Dreams Co consent to gather this information in order to fulfill purchases and further communicate with the buyer. If you ask to work with me on a personal project such as a custom order, further information will be known as described in your communication. Most information I gather is also shared with Etsy in order to comply with their seller policy and Terms of Use agreement.

Keeping your information safe and maintaining trust with my customers is a high priority. PDC uses home computer software such as Pages, Word, Excel, as well as anonymous analytics from cookies, Google, and Shopify to better understand the needs of our customers. I may use other third party services in order to fulfill business obligations such as PayPal, Dropbox, delivery services, print services, tax preparation services, MailChimp for email database, or cloud hosting in order to run my business. However, PDC will not sell, lease, or share this information for lists or profit or in non-legitimate business ways with other parties. This information is kept on my computers for approximately seven years after a sale, unless you are a continuous customer. Any personal information pertinent to buying, shipping, and selling that is gathered by Etsy is beyond my control, and you can look up their privacy policy to understand their practices.

Customers have the right to access exactly which information I have about you and can ask to receive a copy of this information at any time, using the contact info below. If you would like me to delete your information at any time, please let me know and it will be done, except when I have legitimate legal purposes to retain information.

If you live in the EU, you have the right to change, restrict, delete, or complain to your local data protection authority about my privacy practice, as well as let me know how I can help you with this matter.
