Can you ship directly to my Disney Resort or Hotel?
Yes! We are located in Orlando FL and can usually have decals to your Disney Resort or Hotel in just 1 - 2 days with Priority Mail! Be sure to enter your Disney Resort info in the SHIP TO FIELDS at checkout. Enter the address like this:

What if my package was lost in the mail or shows "delivered" on the tracking but I didn't receive it?
If your package shows "delivered" on the tracking page via USPS or UPS or Fedex, we will not offer a replacement. We highly recommend that you contact the delivery company and see if they can provide further details as to where the package was left at your address. If a package never shows delivered, after 30 days, please reach out to us so we can work with you on a replacement order. We will not offer replacement shipments for orders shipped to an old address because the shipping address wasn't updated/verified by the customer prior to checkout.

Each of our Kindle listings includes an infographic in the photos that explains how to easily identify your Kindle model. We strongly recommend ensuring you know which Kindle you have before purchasing as each one is sized to precisely fit the generation we advertise it for.
What brand & type of vinyl do you use?
We use an exclusive 3M™ vinyl that is designed for fast, easy and bubble-free application to provide a consistent, clean finish. Our skins are laminated with a 3M™ Matte or Glitter finish to create a beautiful custom device for you that will last for years but is also easy to remove and leaves behind zero sticky residue like other skins on the market!
What do your glitter decals and skins look like?
The glitter is a smooth glitter overlay that covers the entire skin and gives it just the right amount of sparkle without interfering with the design.
