Eventful Designs is a bespoke invitation and stationery boutique in Hinsdale, Illinois, open by appointment Monday through Saturday. We design custom wedding invitations, day-of paper goods, and stationery for every celebration, using fine printing techniques including letterpress, foil, engraving, embossing, thermography, and digital printing.
Christy Fortin, owner and creative director, joined Ashley's Custom Stationery in 2020, bringing a background in public relations and strategic communications along with an eye for design. In late 2023, following Ashley's retirement, the studio was renamed Eventful Designs.
This Etsy shop is where we share pieces you can order from anywhere: watercolor-style illustrations of Chicagoland wedding venues, custom wedding crests and monograms, and hand-selected card and invitation sets. Our venue illustrations are created digitally (they are not hand-painted), and each one is checked against photos of the real building so it looks like the place you know.
