Every item that you purchase is custom made especially for you! Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges with the exception of defects, incorrect items and lost orders.
Sizing Details
Sizing information is listed for each item in the listing photos and description. If you still have questions, please reach out! Returns and exchanges are not available for wrong sizing or colors so please make sure to select the correct item.
Lost, Wrong or Damaged Items
If you received an item that is incorrect, damaged or was lost in transit, please get in touch so I can take care of it right away for you. When getting in touch about a damaged or wrong item, please include a picture so I can assist you quicker.
Quality
We believe in using the best materials to create our products. Therefore, we do not use any vinyl or iron on designs. All designs are printed using high quality inks with professional printers.
Incorrect Addresses
Any orders including incorrect shipping addresses due to customers' errors will not be refunded after shipped. If the shipping address needs to be changed, please reach out to correct your address before shipment.
Delayed In Transit
We cannot be held responsible for delayed shipping due to carrier issues. Refunds are not provided for delayed orders in transit.
