Hello Everyone, We are a family of growers and own a small plant nursery, we have been in business for over 40 years and are excited to now sell our plants directly to customers.
We are continuously growing and attempting to meet the wants and needs of our community, favorite our shop or visit ShopHiddenValley.com to stay updated with the growth and evolvements of our businesses.

All of our products are packaged with care to ensure the plant arrives to you in great condition. Please note that we cannot control the shipping and temperature changes that may affect the plant while it is in transit with USPS. We are not responsible for these damages and we ask that if you are unsatisfied with your purchase after it is delivered due to damages to take a picture of it with box/shipping label visible, still in our growing container and then photograph the plant everyday for 7 days after delivery, as most plants will regain their beauty once acclimated to its new home. Please allow this time before requesting a refund or replacement.

We are not responsible for anything that may occur to the plant after it is in your care, we advise full knowledge of plant before purchasing to ensure the plant thrives in its new home!
We are knowledgeable about our plants, but we still advise our customers to research plant safety and toxicity before placing plant around pets. We are not responsible for an event of toxicity, please consult with your veterinarian for precaution.

If product is unable to recover from shipping damages or is completely dismantled and proof is noted we will be happy to replace the plant as we take pride in all of our products and wish for all of our customers to be fully satisfied with our products and business!
