What is your return, exchange and cancellation policy?
We are not able to accept returns or exchanges. This is because our products are made-to-order especially for you as soon as you place your order. Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of ordering. If your product is damaged or incorrectly made, please contact us.
When will I get my order?
Orders are usually fulfilled within 1–4 days, after which they are shipped out. Shipping time depends on your location but typically takes 3–5 business days. Please note that international orders may take longer to arrive.
My package seems to be missing. What should I do?
Before reaching out to us, please take a moment to check the following:
• Review your shipping confirmation email to ensure the delivery address is correct
• Contact your local post office to see if they’re holding your package
• Check with your neighbors in case the courier left it with them
If the shipping address was correct and the package isn’t with the post office or a neighbor, please send us a message.
If there was a mistake in the delivery address, we’re happy to send a replacement, but the cost of the new order and shipping will be your responsibility.
I received a wrong or damaged product. I need help!
We’re so sorry if the item you received is damaged or incorrect. To help us resolve this quickly, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
• Your order number
• Any other relevant details
We’ll review the issue and get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What’s going on?
We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but delivery dates are not guaranteed. Shipping times are estimates and can vary due to factors beyond our control, such as postal delays, holidays, or customs processing for international shipments.
If it's been significantly longer than the estimated delivery time, feel free to reach out and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
We begin processing your order shortly after it's placed, so changes may not always be possible. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 12 hours of ordering, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
