All items are made to order, so the current processing time is 1–3 weeks, depending on the item and order volume.

Processing time does not include shipping time. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via Etsy.

If you need something by a specific date, please message me before placing your order to see if I can accommodate your timeline.

The estimated shipping date can be checked in "my purchases."
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Because all items are made to order, cancellations or changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already begun.

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of my items, I do NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Please review item descriptions, photos, and sizing/details carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to message me beforehand. I’m happy to help!

Once items are shipped out, I am not responsible for your order as it's out of my control (i.e. delivery delays, damaged, or lost items after shipping).

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:
- Check with household members or neighbors
- Contact your local post office/file a claim directly with the carrier
- Send a help request

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. I am not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an error, message me immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped.

Because all items are handmade, slight variations may occur. Colors may also vary slightly due to screen differences.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to claim it, delivery refusal, or the carrier marking it as undeliverable, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
If you would like the order reshipped, you must pay for shipping; if not, a refund may be issued for the item cost ONLY as Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note:
• I am not responsible for address errors entered at checkout.
• I am not responsible for packages unclaimed from the post office.
• Processing time may apply again if the item needs to be remade.
• Orders will NOT be refunded automatically if no response is received.

Please be gentle with charms and keychains. They are prone to breaking if tugged or dropped ( handled roughly).
Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent yellowing.
To clean, use water and lightly wipe with a soft cloth or tissue paper.
