5 out of 5 starsI have ordered from Amber multiple times on my old account. She is so sweet and helpful when it comes to customer service. The delivery is always fast and packaged with care and goodies. It’s my favorite shop and my favorite scent. Its smells exactly like the soap and the bewitched bubble bar from lush. I became obsessed with this scent and always sad that the bubble bar is only a fall seasonal item that doesn’t always come back so when i found her custom homemade scent that smells true to it every time, it became my signature scent. All my friends and coworkers know I love perfumes and this scent gets asked about from everyone constantly. I love telling them it’s a custom blend from etsy and I give out her shop info. She will have my business for life.

Shipping Policies
We ship to the address entered at checkout. Shipping/insurance is included on all orders. Buyers are responsible for shipping/reshipping if an order is returned as non-deliverable or not picked up.
Once your package is marked "delivered" by USPS, you must contact your local branch to discuss delivery issues. We will not refund or replace an order that tracking shows it was delivered to the correct address.
If your package arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us immediately and provide pictures of the damages or mistake. Do not discard damaged packaging. USPS will require the damaged parcel/contents to be submitted in person at your local USPS facility for an insurance claim to be accepted.
Returns + Exchanges Perfume
We understand that some people are sensitive to fragrance, specifically fragrances made with an alcohol base. Returns are now accepted on full size perfumes ONLY and will incur a $5 restock fee per item returned. Buyer has 7 days from delivery to request a return. Refund will not be issued unless the item is returned in its original sealed condition. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping expenses and a return label with tracking will be provided at a discounted cost through Etsy. Refund will be issued once return is received and evaluated.

Fragrance
We use the maximum IFRA allowance for each fragrance. Each scent has an allowable fragrance load so some products will have a stronger scent than others. Some scents are naturally stronger than others and scent descriptions are based on scent notes. Scents are subjective from person to person so you may not interpret the scent as it is described. Additionally, fragrances will react and smell differently on every person due to each individuals unique body chemistry. We sell perfume samples in packs of 8 on Etsy so buyers can see if they like a fragrance before investing in a more expensive purchase. Requests to purchase single samples will only be honored on the website at bloomandbarrel.com.
Handmade Products
Due to the handmade nature of my products, no two items are identical. Variations in color and finish are to be expected. Many fragrances will darken as they continue to cure over time. Some fragrances and ingredients can settle and may be required to be shaken before use. Most of our products are available in multiple sizes so we recommend purchasing on a smaller scale until buyer is familiar with our products.
Chargeback + Case Policy
Prior to initiating a chargeback or opening a case, we urge customers to reach out for issue resolution. Not liking a fragrance or product does not make it defective or eligible for an exchange or refund. Scents are subjective from person to person so you may not interpret the scent as it is described. In cases where a case is opened without prior communication and valid justification, we retain the right to enforce a permanent account ban from our services. Our commitment to fair dispute resolution is aimed at maintaining a positive customer relationship and we encourage open communication to address concerns without resorting to chargebacks. By using our products, customers acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of this policy.
Returns + Exchanges Roll-on Oils and Solid Perfumes
Due to health and sanitary concerns and to protect the integrity and quality of our roll-on oils and solid perfumes, roll-on scents and solid perfumes are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We highly recommend purchasing sample sizes to ensure that you like the fragrance and scent is compatible with your PH before investing in larger sizes.
