Yes! I do custom orders. Simply contact me through 'Etsy Conversations' and we can discuss your design. Within 2-3 business days, I will send a proof, free of charge. Once I have your approval, I will create a custom listing and begin production.

The time I need to process each order varies. For processing time frames, please refer to each individual listing. All items will ship out within the designated time frame unless you’ve been contacted and informed otherwise. Most items will ship out quicker than the designated time frame.

If you need something quicker than the designated time frame on the listing, please contact me to get an estimated time of arrival. Rush Order is also available for most items.

I do not accept returns for any reason. However, a replacement may be sent to you if we agree that a replacement is the best option for dissatisfaction. Replacements will only be sent in a case of fault on my part. Reasons for a replacement include the following: incorrect item color, item size, initials, font color, or font style. Any other reason will not justify a replacement. No exceptions.

A full refund will only be given if I cannot complete the sale (i.e. unavailability of color or size). A partial refund is up to the owner’s discretion based on reasoning. Reasons that are NOT justifiable for a refund, whether full or partial, are as follows: item color, item sizing, stitch color, font choice. These are all up to the customer to choose, and are absolutely not fault on my part. Reasons that ARE justifiable for a refund, whether full or partial, are as follows: incorrect item color, item size, initials, font color, or font style.

Refunds will only be issued within 7 days of date of receipt, no matter the reasoning.

If two items are ordered together, regardless of processing time on the listing, they will be shipped together and will ship by the latest specified ship date. For example, if you order a decal with a 1-2 week processing time and also order a hat with a 3-4 week processing time, both will ship at the same time within 3-4 weeks. If you need one item before the other, please place your orders separately.

If you’d like to see your exact initials in the font style you chose, please contact me for a proof. To eliminate this complaint from customers, I have decided to offer this feature in order to lessen the amount of dissatisfaction due to font styles.

I accept cancellations and/or changes within one hour of purchase. If you can't catch it quicker than that, I apologize, but the item will already be moving into production after that point.

If you forget any information, I will attempt to contact you through both Etsy and the e-mail associated with your Etsy account. If I do not receive a reply before I have to ship the item out, the result will differ based on which information is missing.

Missing Initials: a blank item will be sent
Missing Font Style: a font style will be chosen for you
Missing Thread/Vinyl Color: a color will be chosen for you

If the information is missing and you do not get it to me in time, no refunds will be given due to dissatisfaction with the product.
