Last updated: 24 October 2026
Mother Bee Limited (company number 16940647, UK) handles personal information received through Etsy when you place an order or contact the shop. Etsy handles information about your use of its platform under Etsy’s own Privacy Policy.
To process an order or respond to a message, we may receive your name, delivery address, contact details, order information and messages. Etsy processes payments; we do not receive your full payment-card details.
We use this information to fulfil and deliver your order, provide customer service, deal with returns or disputes, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not use buyer details for marketing unless you have separately agreed to receive it.
We share only the information needed with Etsy, the postal or courier service delivering your order, and authorities or professional advisers where required. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We do not keep a separate marketing list. We retain order information only as needed for fulfilment, customer service and legal or accounting requirements. UK limited companies generally need to keep relevant accounting records for six years from the end of the financial year they relate to. We delete any separate working copies when they are no longer needed.
You can contact us through Etsy Messages or at diana@mother-bee.co.uk to ask about your personal information or exercise your data-protection rights. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
