Custom and personalized orders
For most of our designs we can change the words to your liking, please message us if you would like a custom personalized order for any of our items.
Ordering Multiple Items
If you ordered more than one item, it may be shipped separately and you may receive more than one package and tracking. Please allow 1--3 business days from the time an item is shipped for movement to show on your tracking number.
My Item has a bad Print / Damaged / Broken
We are happy to provide a refund or replacement for any item received as defective, or if the wrong design, size, or color was received. We may ask for a photo or video of the defective product in order to be able to process your refund request. Your REQUEST must be received WITHIN 21 DAYS of your date of purchase.
For returns and exchanges for items that did not fit, or want a different color instead, or are no longer wanted, orders are NOT eligible for returns and/or refunds.
Color Disclaimer
Every computer monitor displays different colors and everyone sees these colors differently which may make the actual colors vary from our listing photo and the final product. We try to edit our photos to show the listings as close to life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. Lost Package
Once your order is in the hands of the shipping carrier (USPS/Asendia), we are no longer responsible for the item. Any damaged, lost, delayed, or stolen items are NOT refundable or exchangeable.
If you cannot locate your item, please call your local post office with the tracking number provided in your shipping notification email.
