✦ BEST JEWELRY CARE GUIDE ✦
• Titanium ∙ Surgical Steel ∙ Plated Brass: use a saline solution ∙ a piercer-recommended antiseptic ∙ or this method below:
1) Put a bit of salt on a paper towel and liquify it using drops of vinegar.
2) Gently wipe the earring with the mix.
Afterwards, it would be good to wash the liquid mix with soap and warm water.
• Sterling Silver ∙ Silver: clean the material with a silver cloth.
• Gold ∙ Rose gold: use warm water and a soft cloth.
✧ If you do not plan on wearing the jewelry for long periods of time, store it in a zip bag or an air-tight container separate from other jewelry

For Ball-end ∙ Labret ∙ Butterflyback ∙ Banana Bar only: as both the ball end and the jewel end unscrew, you can exchange the posts using a plier to hold onto to the post and your hands on the jewel end.

✦ EARRING GAUGE ∙ LENGTH RECOMMENDATIONS ✦
From thinnest to thickest, we have 20g, 18g and 16g. 20g is the standard earlobe earring thickness at 0.8mm and for the gun-pierced. 18g is a bit thicker at 1.0mm and 16g is the thickest option at 1.2mm in thickness.
As for the length that you may need, it would be helpful to measure the wearable length of the earring you have for that piercing.
✦ HOOP EARRING SIZE RECOMMENDATIONS ✦
We recommend that you either measure where the ring will go (ear, nose, belly button, eyebrow, etc) or the inner diameter of the ring you currently have with a ruler - since YOU ARE UNIQUE and so are YOUR PIERCINGS!
But in case you really need the STANDARD sizes, we have them for you below :
- Cartilage : 7mm - 8mm
- Tragus/Helix/Rook/Conch : 8mm
- Septum : 9mm - 11mm
- Nose : 8mm
- Eyebrow : 8mm
- Lip : 8mm
✧ For hoops with 3mm+ stones, please add 1-2mm to the hoop diameter you normally wear

It may have been that the letter carrier accidentally delivered the package to a neighboring location, the package is still sitting in the USPS truck and accidentally have been scanned or the package was stolen from the mail box.
If safe to do so, please ask your neighbors in case they have received your missing package or the letter carrier as in most cases, they may have more information regarding the package or can double-check their USPS car for you. There are also some times that the package is scanned earlier than they are physically delivered so after these first two steps, please give USPS a couple more business days to deliver the package to you or feel free to contact us! We would be happy to offer exchanges of any unused earrings ∙ lip rings ∙ belly rings and returns for refunds and exchanges of unused necklaces ∙ bracelets ∙ rings* (excluding replacement backings ∙ sale items) in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Please note that unlike major online retailers, we can't cover the cost of return shipping unless there's a manufacturing defect
