Due to the digital nature of our social media items, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds. We ask that you communicate and clarify any specific questions through Etsy Messages before proceeding with a purchase.
If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?
The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order, we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.
Can I share, resell, or redistribute the social media templates I purchased?
Our products are strictly for personal use and client work only. You cannot resell, share, distribute nor modify, alter, or repackage and claim these social media templates as your own (whether for free or for sale).
Can I use the images found in the social media templates as my own?
Stock images found in our templates are placeholder backgrounds for demonstration purposes only. You are encouraged to replace it with your own image or download licensed versions from content banks.
