Shipping

Shipping is always free, but we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact your local USPS with questions regarding shipment tracking. All paintings will include a full tracking number, eligiable to be tracked via the USPS website. All prints and stickers will be sent with a limited tracking number, that allows the buyer to track the package via Etsy (this tracking is more limited, and therefore you can purchase an added tracking label with your order). If you have entered the wrong mailing address upon ordering, please send us a message as soon as possible so it can be changed!

If you are needing an item soon than the expected delivery, please send us a message to see if we are able to accommodate!

Returns

Custom orders and digital downloads are non-refundable. If I make a mistake on your order, please let me know so I can send you a new one! If you would like to return an item, please send me a message, and I am happy to work with you! Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return orders, and the amount paid for shipping the item from the seller will be subtracted from the return amount.
