Not only that, but Angela was kind enough to let me to ship it back for repair when it broke (by fault of my own). Awesome customer service and I’ll definitely be back for more in the future! :)

5 out of 5 starsI was very excited to get this item. I have ordered other nose bones and they just didn't sparkle. This one is so sparkly and fits very well. I wish it was a little bit longer but that will not keep me from ordering another one which I am going to do. Great product.

Return Policy Details
Items that cannot be returned:
• EARRINGS
• BODY JEWELRY
• SALE ITEMS
• CUSTOM ITEMS (including but not limited to: engraved, hand-stamped, birthstone)
A request to return must be received within 3 days of delivery and returned items must be received by us within 7 days of the delivered date.
All returned items that are not defective, or sent in error will incur a 15% restocking fee
Custom and personalized orders
• We are happy to customize many of the items in our shop, just ask! We can usually make matching sets; necklace, earrings, and/or bracelets too.
• Custom orders take extra time and we will quote you the production time before starting on your order.
• We also offer custom engraving (laser or traditional style)
• Please note that custom orders are not returnable, unless there was a mistake made on our part.
My tracking says "Delivered" but I haven't received my package
We ship everything via USPS First Class Mail or if you have upgraded, USPS Priority Mail. Tracking is provided by USPS. If the package has been scanned as delivered but you haven't received it please follow these steps:
1. Check with anyone sharing your household.
2. Ask your neighbors.
3. Leave a note for your mail carrier with the tracking number, inquiring about your package.
Typically the package turns up.
If after following these steps your package is still missing contact us so that we can follow up further.
Packages that are scanned as delivered are not eligible for reshipment or a refund.
Also note: Claims for items not received MUST be made within 60 days of order placement.
Will my item be gift wrapped?
Yes! All items (with a few exceptions, please see below) are ready for gifting. Every listing shows a photo of how our jewelry is packaged.
Necklaces: Beautifully and carefully attached to a card, enclosed in a navy blue gift box which includes our signature "Something Blue" satin drawstring pouch.
Earrings: Carefully boxed & placed in our signature "Studio Blue" satin drawstring pouch.
Items not "gift-wrapped" but still enclosed in our "Something Blue" drawstring pouch:
• Necklace extenders
• Add on items like gemstone charms or hand-stamped tags
If I upgrade to Priority Mail will I receive my item in 3 days?
Upgrading your shipping method to Priority shipping speeds up the transit time & will get your item to you faster. However, production time for non-custom items (engraved or hand-stamped) is 3 to 5 days. If you need something sooner and you have a very limited time frame please contact us first before placing your order so that we can determine whether your request is possible.
