Lets Make it Personal!
Established in June 2019, our primary focus was personalizing and customizing clothing to match any occasion, event or mood. This started as a side hobby, to make a few extra bucks. however, In 2020 I noticed a real need for change on this platform--a need that I felt I could fulfill!
As first a patron of Etsy myself, I noticed a real lack of quality customer service AND quality products on Etsy. Often I would come across a listing that I loved, "if only I could change one thing" and these inquires were often ignored by shop owners or swiftly declined. After complaining about it, I decided to make what I wanted for myself. This is something that I have the ability to do, but what about other people who don't? I thought to myself 'surely I cant be the only one frustrated with poor service, lack of communication and lackluster products"
So in March of 2020 during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, I made it my mission to make online shopping and supporting small businesses, just a little bit easier and a whole like more personal (as it should be!)
I decided that I would be; 'that shop' that always aims to give you EXACTLY what you wanted and always communicates with my customers, 'that owner' that will oversee and single handedly quality check every order to ensure customer satisfaction, but most importantly I decided to be "That Mom" the one that shows my children the ins-and-outs of business, how to treat people, how to hone in on your talents and share them with the world!
