5 out of 5 starsAt first I was annoyed at how slow the shipping was. When I opened my package I found that the artist included one blue hair tie. I was genuinely touch by how thoughtful that was. The hair ties and the cardboard holder are very cute. The quality seems durable and long lasting.

What is your turnaround time & shipping
Shipping & Event Planning
If your order is for a birthday party, bachelorette trip, bridal shower, or special event, we recommend ordering early whenever possible.
While we ship orders on time, delivery dates are not guaranteed by USPS once packages leave our shop.
If you have a specific event date, please send us a message before ordering so we can help determine the best shipping option.
We want your items to arrive perfectly and on time for your celebration!
Can I use different hair ties from other listings.
Yes, of course, as long as it's from our party favor section. If it's not, just send us a message to be sure we have the you what need.
Help I need a rush order.
Sometimes you just need an order rushed. Please just send us a message prior to purchasing to ensure we can get your order out for you. We can typically get your order out in 24-48 hours.
Custom and personalized orders
We can customize and personalize pretty much any of our hair tie collections, party favors. In fact, I love custom requests. I think it's what makes Etsy so awesome. So, send me your requests via email or Etsy convo and let's get something special created just for you.
Custom card designs require you to purchase the "customize my cards" listing.
Wholesale availability
Yes, I sell wholesale. I love working with retail, online boutiques as well as yoga studios, hair salons, etc. Are you in charge of a special event, a wedding planner? I can customize favors for your event at a wholesale discount for large orders. Just send me a convo and we can get working on something for you.
Lost or Delayed Mail
If your package becomes delayed or lost in the mail, we will do our best to assist you in locating the package. We aren’t responsible for lost mail by USPS. If you’d like to add insurance to your shipping, just let us know. Packages that show as delivered to your shipping address are not our responsibility. Please check with your local post office for the package, a neighbor, building manager, mail room, etc. We will do what we can to help, but are limited when the package is marked delivered.
Returns or Refunds for Errors
If for any reason your order has an error we will send a return label to return your items for a full refund. If you decide to keep the items we will issue a partial refund for your order. Please reach out to us with any questions regarding your order.
