Typically, it takes 1-3 business days to create and prepare your doormat for shipping. If I have the necessary materials on hand at the time of purchase, I often start the process immediately, aiming to ship the next business day. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which generally delivers within 4-8 business days, depending on your location. Rest assured, I work diligently to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely! Custom designs are a special part of Whitney Made It. Custom orders are priced at $65. Here's how it works:
1. Submit Your Design: For business logos, please upload your artwork in SVG format.
2. Stay in Touch: Keep an eye on your messages. I'll be in contact to send you mock-ups of your design.

Do you offer local pickup for orders?
Yes, I offer local pickup for your convenience. Once your order is ready, we can arrange a meeting place for you to collect your purchase. Please reach out to me after placing your order, and we'll coordinate a suitable pickup location together.
Are your stencils reusable?
Absolutely! All my stencils are designed for reusability. I craft them using poster board ensuring they can be used multiple times. Enjoy creating again and again with your Whitney Made It stencil!
What are the dimensions of your doormat?
All of my doormats come in a standard size of 18x30 inches, which is ideal for placement in front of a single door. This size is carefully chosen to ensure a perfect fit for most entryways, making your welcome area look inviting and well-decorated. If you are interested in a bigger doormat, please reach out to me. Please note, if you're wanting a bigger doormat, production and shipping can take up to 7-14 business days versus 1-3 days.
