I can't access / have not received my pattern.
Please try these steps below
Log in to your Etsy account: Head to Etsy.com and sign in using your email address and password.
Click on "You" in the top right corner: This will open a dropdown menu with several options.
Select "Purchases and Reviews": This will take you to a list of all your past Etsy orders.
Find your pattern order: Scroll through your orders until you find the one for your pattern.
Click on "View receipt": This will open a detailed view of your order, including download links.
Locate the "Download Files" section: You'll find it on the right side of the page.
Click on the blue "Download" button: This will initiate the download of your pattern file.

What paper can I use to print the pattern?
Pattern is available in 2 print sizes: A4 (print at home) and A0 size (print at copy shop). Regular printer paper is fine for most patterns, but you can also use heavier weight paper like cardstock or vellum for a more durable pattern.
Do you offer refunds?
I currently do not offer refunds on my digital products. However, please reach out to me if you have any concerns with the product, your satisfaction is my top priority.
Can I sell the finished garment that I make from this pattern?
Absolutely, you are welcome to sell the garment you stitched using Winslet's patterns. Giving credit to the pattern when selling would be appreciated, but not required.
What are your copyright policies?
- All my patterns are copy written. You may not edit or recreate this pattern to sell.
- You cannot distribute this pattern to others.
- You may not mass produce this pattern or clothing made using it.
How do I assemble the pattern pieces?
All our patterns come with a layout diagram that shows you how to assemble the pieces. A Sewing guide is included with ever pattern purchase and includes: Size Chart, Recommended Fabrics, Fabric Consumption, Detailed Instructions
What fabric should I use?
You can refer to the description section of the product to get a list of recommended fabrics for a particular pattern.
