1. When will I receive my order?
All items are made to order.
Processing usually takes 1–3 business days, and shipping takes 3–6 business days depending on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
2. What sizes do you offer? How do I choose the right one?
We offer sizes from S to 3XL (some styles up to 4XL).
Please check the size chart in the listing photos before ordering.
If you’re between sizes or prefer a relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up.
3. What is your return or exchange policy?
Because each item is custom made, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selection.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
4. Will the design fade or crack over time?
Our designs are printed using high-quality printing techniques made to last.
With proper care, the print will stay vibrant and intact even after multiple washes.
We recommend washing inside out in cold water and avoiding high heat to preserve the design.
5. Can I cancel or change my order after purchasing?
Orders enter production quickly.
Changes or cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order.
