How to download my purchase?
Log in to your Etsy account on your desktop computer.
Go to "You > Purchases and reviews" and look for the order you want to download.
To the right of the order, click "Download Files". This will take you to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
If you made your purchase as a guest, you will receive an email with a download link. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
If you have any trouble downloading your files or can't find your purchase, you can reach out to me!
Where should I print the art?
Print at home: if you need small prints quickly, with sizes such as 8x10" or 5x7".
Online print shop: for example, mpix.com, snappish.com, shutterfly.com, finerworks.com.
Local print shop: for example, Costco, Walgreens, Walmart. You can also use Google to find the nearest place to print your art.
For printing, it's best to use heavy weight matte or satin photo paper or fine art paper. avoid using standard copy machine paper or glossy finish photo paper.
How to use zip-file when I purchase 2 or 3 items product?
In case you bought a set of two or more, you may receive the files in the format of ZIP files. To access the contents of such a file, you need to follow some simple steps.
First and foremost, please note that you cannot use the ZIP file directly after receiving or downloading it.
To extract the files contained in the ZIP, you must open it and unpack its contents.
PS users: the process involves right clicking the ZIP file and selecting the "Extract All" option. This will unpack all the files contained in the ZIP file.
Mac users: all you need to do is double-click on the ZIP file and the unpacked files will appear beside the original ZIP file.
