It arrived quickly, and when I realized one of the charms was incorrect, the seller was incredibly apologetic. She immediately sent out the correct charm so my daughter could wear it for her big day. Gifting this to her on her graduation meant the world to her and kept her loved ones close during a major milestone. My daughter will treasure this item forever. Custom and personalized orders
Attach Photos & Handwriting images using the Camera icon or the "Attach Image" link in the Message box. Please send UNCROPPED, High Resolution Images for Best Photo quality.
In the event that Images are not submitted - 3 attempts will be made over a 2 week time period requesting images to make item. If No response from buyer, item will be shipped out with blank charms as a DIY item.
*Please State Any Requests - such as to print photos in B&W, Birthstone requests, Photo cropping, Placing Birthstones/Charms in a specific order on your bracelet, etc. in the "Notes" section upon Checkout.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Items are wrapped in a drawstring organza bag. A Gift box with Turquoise ribbon bow can be Added to your order for $2.00. A Complimentary notecard can be included for orders being sent directly to the gift recipient.
Care instructions
Photo & Handwriting Charms are water resistant, Not waterproof. Exposure to water/lotion may cause damage to image or make it detach from charm. I am not responsible to Replace items that were not cared for properly. If your charm is damaged or lost you can request to Order a Replacement Photo charm. Please try to keep as dry as possible for many years of enjoyment :)
Please let me know as soon as possible if you have any problems with your purchase. Replacements or repairs only, No refunds. Item must be shipped back at Buyers expense. This is not subject to accident, misuse, neglect, etc.
